Important Notice for Customized Products

All products sold by VJ Groups are customized/made-to-order as per your specifications.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the product received is significantly different from what was ordered or is damaged/defective.

No Returns Policy for Customized Products

Why We Cannot Accept Returns

Since every product is created specifically for you based on your design choices, we cannot resell it to another customer. This is standard industry practice for customized goods.

Personalized for You

Each product is uniquely created with your photos, text, and design preferences, making it non-resalable.

Made-to-Order

We don't carry inventory. Products are manufactured only after receiving your confirmed order.

Design Approval

You approve the design proof before production begins, ensuring it matches your expectations.

When Refunds Are Available

We stand behind the quality of our products. Refunds or replacements are available in the following cases:

Manufacturing Defects

If the product has manufacturing defects (cracks, color fading, printing errors not matching the approved design).

Damaged During Shipping

If the product arrives damaged due to shipping. Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

Wrong Product Shipped

If you receive a completely different product than what you ordered.

Significant Design Deviation

If the final product significantly differs from the approved design proof.

Refund Request Process

Step 1: Report Within 24 Hours

Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Provide order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.

Step 2: Investigation

Our quality team investigates your claim (2-3 business days). We may request additional information or photos.

Step 3: Resolution Options

If approved, choose between: Replacement with corrected product, or Partial/Full refund as store credit.

Step 4: Return Shipping (If Required)

For defective products, we arrange pickup at our expense. Do not ship back without authorization.

Step 5: Refund Processing

Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Store credit issued immediately.

Refund Timeline

Once Approved, Refunds Are Processed As:

  • Store Credit: Immediate (usable for next purchase)
  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS): 5-7 business days
  • Credit/Debit Card: 7-10 business days (depends on bank)
  • UPI Refund: 24-48 hours
  • Wallet Refunds: 2-3 business days
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was from our side. For replacement of defective items, we bear all shipping costs.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued in these cases:

  • Change of mind or no longer want the product
  • Wrong size selected by customer (unless our size guide was incorrect)
  • Color variations due to monitor/screen differences
  • Minor imperfections that don't affect product functionality
  • Design approved by you but later changed your mind
  • Personal dissatisfaction with design you created
  • Delivery delays due to courier or external factors
  • Address errors provided by customer

Design Proof Approval

Your Responsibility

Before production begins, you receive a digital proof for approval. Once approved:

  • Double-check all text, spelling, photos, and design elements
  • Verify colors (note: screen colors may vary slightly from print)
  • Confirm product size and specifications
  • Review all customization details thoroughly

Approval means you accept the design as shown and authorize us to proceed with production.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is possible only before production begins:

Cancellation Charges

  • Within 1 hour of order: Full refund (100%)
  • After 1 hour, before design approval: 85% refund (15% processing fee)
  • After design approval: No cancellation possible
  • During production: No cancellation possible
