Important information about returns, exchanges, and refunds for customized products
All products sold by VJ Groups are customized/made-to-order as per your specifications.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds
unless the product received is significantly different from what was ordered or is damaged/defective.
Since every product is created specifically for you based on your design choices, we cannot resell it to another customer. This is standard industry practice for customized goods.
Each product is uniquely created with your photos, text, and design preferences, making it non-resalable.
We don't carry inventory. Products are manufactured only after receiving your confirmed order.
You approve the design proof before production begins, ensuring it matches your expectations.
We stand behind the quality of our products. Refunds or replacements are available in the following cases:
If the product has manufacturing defects (cracks, color fading, printing errors not matching the approved design).
If the product arrives damaged due to shipping. Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
If you receive a completely different product than what you ordered.
If the final product significantly differs from the approved design proof.
Contact our support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. Provide order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
Our quality team investigates your claim (2-3 business days). We may request additional information or photos.
If approved, choose between: Replacement with corrected product, or Partial/Full refund as store credit.
For defective products, we arrange pickup at our expense. Do not ship back without authorization.
Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Store credit issued immediately.
