Definitions

Customized/Made-to-Order Products

Products that are manufactured specifically for you based on your design, photos, text, or other customization requests.

Design Proof

A digital preview of your customized product sent for your approval before production begins.

Production Time

The time required to manufacture your customized product after design approval.

User Content

Any photos, images, text, designs, or other content uploaded or provided by you for customization.

Account Registration

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and make purchases.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Customized Products Policy

Important Notice

ALL PRODUCTS ARE CUSTOMIZED/MADE-TO-ORDER.
This means we start production only after receiving your confirmed order and design approval. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS for change of mind or personal dissatisfaction.

No Returns Policy

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Products are made specifically for you and cannot be resold
Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects or wrong products shipped
Design approval is your responsibility before production begins
Color variations due to monitor/screen differences are not grounds for returns

Order Process

Step-by-Step Process

Design Proof Approval

Your Responsibility

When you approve a design proof:

You confirm that all text is spelled correctly
You verify that all images/photos are correct and properly positioned
You accept that colors may vary slightly between screen and physical product
You authorize us to proceed with production
You cannot request changes or refunds after approval

User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all photos, images, and content you upload.
You grant us a license to use your content only for creating your ordered products.
We do not share, sell, or use your content for any other purpose without your permission.
You warrant that you have the right to use all content you upload.
We are not responsible for copyright infringement by users.
Uploaded content is stored securely and deleted after 2 years of inactivity.

Pricing & Payment

Payment Terms

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes
Prices are subject to change without notice
Payment must be completed in full before production begins
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets
Payment processing is handled by secure third-party gateways
We do not store your complete payment card details

Shipping & Delivery

Production time: 3-5 business days after design approval
Shipping time: 7-10 business days for standard delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or external factors
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless error is from our side
Free shipping available on orders above ₹1999
You must provide correct and complete shipping address

Cancellation Policy

Warranties & Liabilities

Limitations

Products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product
We are not responsible for misuse or improper care of products
Product images on website are for representation only
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone

Prohibited Content

We reserve the right to refuse orders containing:

Copyrighted material without permission
Trademarked logos/brands without authorization
Offensive, obscene, or inappropriate content
Political or religious content that may cause offense
Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
Any illegal or prohibited content

Orders with prohibited content will be canceled without refund.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through our customer support
If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in Chennai
Indian law will govern these terms and any disputes
Courts in Chennai will have exclusive jurisdiction
You must contact us within 30 days of any issue arising

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
